Flexibilis security solution combines access control, burglar alarm, fire alarm and video survellaince systems into a single solution.
The idea is that all the cameras, access panels, card and tag readers, motion detectors and other sensors are connected into the same highly secured network. One-network-for-all ideology minimizes the need for expensive wiring, amount of hardware and lowers the maintenance costs.
The network is all-IP and able to carry other IP traffic as well, making it possible to use it for normal office/home IP traffic as well.
The networks are virtually separated so that non-authorized users cannot access the sub networks and services they are not allowed to.
All the traffic is encrypted at two layers, link layer and network layer. Encryption at network layer separates the virtual networks from each other's and encryption at link layer prevents access from intruders even if they get access to the cablings.
